This Privacy Policy makes statements and commitments to privacy for "Libos Smart Robot" ("Libos") and recommends that you read this Agreement in detail.

Libos is a platform for the control and management of smart devices provided by Shenzhen Hua Xin Information Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Black Vision Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "We"). Libos respects and protects the personal privacy rights of all users using the service. In order to provide you with more accurate and personalized services, the software will use and reveal your personal information according to the provisions of this Privacy Policy. However, this software will treat this information with a high degree of diligence and prudence. Unless otherwise prescribed by this privacy policy, without your prior permission, "GlobZip Platform" will not reveal this information to the public or provide them to a third party. This Software will update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You agree to this Software Services Royalty Agreement, which is deemed to have agreed to all of this Privacy Policy.

I. The information we collect and its uses

1.1 The situation where you will authorize us to collect and use your personal information

The purpose of collecting personal information is to provide you with products or services and to ensure that we comply with applicable laws, regulations and other normative documents. You have the right to choose whether to provide the information. In most cases, if you do not provide the information, we may not be able to serve you or respond to the problems you encounter. These functions include:

1) Smart device connection

To provide you with Libos services and enable you to securely connect and manage smart devices, we may collect your Wi-Fi information, location information, login account information, mobile phone-related information, smart device-related information, etc. With the information, you can connect the smart devices, discover the nearby equipment and manage the equipment. The above information is listed in detail:

  • Login account information: Mobile phone account, nickname, profile photo.
  • Mobile phone-related information: Hardware equipment identification(IMEI/OAID, Mac address, Android ID), mobile phone model, system version information, system language, the country or region set up by the mobile phone, the application store's version number, the screen size and resolution of the mobile phone, CPU and display equipment related information.
  • Smart device-related information: Identification of smart devices (such as equipment IMEI, Mac address, IP address), Bluetooth information, software for smart devices, and firmware version number.
  • Software installation List: Get sensitive information about the user's software installation list.

    • 2) Equipment sharing

    We support you to share your smart devices through your mobile account. After sharing, the shared person can also control the smart devices. To enjoy this feature, we may collect the sharing account information you provide and the share status of the device. With the information, you can share your devices with other Libos users for common control and use, and display the sharing status on the equipment list page.

    3) Application and smart hardware upgrades

    For you latest Libos services, we may use the version information of your Libos app and the phone model to upgrade your Libos app. At the same time, we may collect the list of smart devices that you have connected and the version number information to provide you with upgrade smart devices, so that you can use the latest version of the service (including firmware versions).

    4) User feedback

    We may collect the feedback questions and logs you sent, and the phone number or email you filled in. This information will be used to give us a better understanding of the problems you encounter and to contact you.

    5) The third-party software development toolkit (SDK) that we have access to

    To adapt to the use of Libos and third-party platform services on different mobile devices, and realize your mobile device identity authentication, mobile device security, receiving information push, login to third-party platform account and sharing information through third-party platform, Libos has access to third-party SDK. The above third-party SDK providers include mobile device manufacturers, social platforms, and communications operators. Some third-party SDKs may call your device permissions and get your information so that you can use the appropriate functions on different mobile devices or third-party platforms. The types of device permissions called by different third-party SDKs and the information obtained may vary, including obtaining your location information, reading / writing your external memory card, reading your phone status and identity, viewing WLAN links, retrieving running apps / Bluetooth. With respect to the type of device permissions called by the third-party SDKs, and how to use your personal information, you are recommended to refer to the relevant service agreements of the third party SDK and the Privacy Policy.     1.2 Your consent is not required to collect and use personal information in the following circumstances:

  • Information related to national defense and security;
  • Information concerning public safety, public health and major public interests;
  • Information related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of sentences;
  • Information which is difficult to obtain the consent of the subject for the purpose of safeguarding the life, property and other important legal rights and interests of the personal information subject or other individuals;
  • Personal information collected that is disclosed by the personal information subject to the public itself;
  • Personal information collected that is legally made public, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure, etc.;
  • Information that is necessary to sign the contract according to your requirements;
  • Information that is necessary to maintain the safe and stable operation of the provided products and/or services, for example, discovering and disposing of the failure of the products and/or services;

  • Information which is given de-identification treatment while providing academic research or description when research institution is used to carry out statistical or academic research based on the public interest;

    • 1.3 Non-personal information

    We may also collect other information that cannot identify a particular individual (i.e., non-personal information), such as statistical data generated when you use the product, such as the user's operation behavior (including click, page jump, browsing time). The purpose of collecting such information is to improve the services we provide to you. The category and quantity of information collected depends on how you use our products or services. By aggregating the information, we can provide customers with more useful information and understand customers' interest in our products and services. In purposes of this privacy policy, the aggregated data are considered as non-personal information. If we use non-personal information in combination with personal information, such information will be considered personal information during the combined use.

    II. Retention Policy

    We retain personal information for the period necessary for the purpose of information collection described in this privacy policy, or in compliance with applicable legal requirements. After completing the collection purpose, or we confirm your deletion or cancellation application, or we terminate the operation of corresponding products or services, we will stop retaining personal information and delete or anonymize it. If intended for public interest, scientific, historical research, or statistical purposes, we will continue to retain the relevant data based on applicable laws, even if further data processing is not related to the original collection purposes.

    3.1 Information permissions settings

  • Open or close location access, camera, recording, and read-write mobile storage permissions;
  • Click "My-Personal data" in Libos APP to modify your personal information, including nickname, profile photo, etc.;
  • Log in or out the account;
  • If you have previously agreed to use your personal information for the above purposes, you may contact us in writing or via support@blackvision.net to change your decision.

    • 3.2 Your rights to your personal information

    In accordance with the national or regional laws and regulations that you apply to, you have the right to require access to, correct, and delete your personal information that we hold (hereinafter referred to as the request). For more details related to the personal information in your account, you can access and change it via the login account.     3.3 Withdrawal of consent

    You may revoke your consent by submitting a request, including the collection, use, or disclosure of your personal information we have or control. Depending on the specific service you use, you can send the mail to support@blackvision.net for related operations. We will process your request within a reasonable time after you make the request, and will not thereafter collect, use, or disclose your personal information based on your request.

    Please note that your revocation of consent has certain legal consequences. Depending on the extent that you authorize us to process the information, this may result in your waiver of our products or services. However, your decision to withdraw your consent or authorization will not affect any prior handling of personal information based on your authorization.

    3.4 Right of cancellation

    You can cancel your previously registered account at any time. You may contact us via customer services or email (support@blackvision.net). Relevant technicians will cancel your account number in the background. Unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations, we will stop serving you after canceling the account number and delete your personal information at your request. The application for cancellation will be completed within 7 working days.

    IV. Third-party Websites and Services

    Our privacy policy does not apply to products and/or services of third parties. Depending on the products or services you use, it may include third-party products or services, involving types like location. Some of them will be available as links to third-party websites, and others will be accessed in forms like SDK, API, etc. We may also collect your information when you use these products or services.
