This Privacy Policy makes statements and commitments to privacy for "Libos Smart Robot" ("Libos") and recommends that you read this Agreement in detail.
Libos is a platform for the control and management of smart devices provided by Shenzhen Hua Xin Information Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Black Vision Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "We"). Libos respects and protects the personal privacy rights of all users using the service. In order to provide you with more accurate and personalized services, the software will use and reveal your personal information according to the provisions of this Privacy Policy. However, this software will treat this information with a high degree of diligence and prudence. Unless otherwise prescribed by this privacy policy, without your prior permission, "GlobZip Platform" will not reveal this information to the public or provide them to a third party. This Software will update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You agree to this Software Services Royalty Agreement, which is deemed to have agreed to all of this Privacy Policy.

I. The information we collect and its uses

1) Smart device connection
To provide you with Libos services and enable you to securely connect and manage smart devices, we may collect your Wi-Fi information, location information, login account information, mobile phone-related information, smart device-related information, etc. With the information, you can connect the smart devices, discover the nearby equipment and manage the equipment. 2) Equipment sharing
We support you to share your smart devices through your mobile account. After sharing, the shared person can also control the smart devices. To enjoy this feature, we may collect the sharing account information you provide and the share status of the device. With the information, you can share your devices with other Libos users for common control and use, and display the sharing status on the equipment list page.
3) Application and smart hardware upgrades
For you latest Libos services, we may use the version information of your Libos app and the phone model to upgrade your Libos app. At the same time, we may collect the list of smart devices that you have connected and the version number information to provide you with upgrade smart devices, so that you can use the latest version of the service (including firmware versions).
4) User feedback
We may collect the feedback questions and logs you sent, and the phone number or email you filled in. This information will be used to give us a better understanding of the problems you encounter and to contact you.
5) The third-party software development toolkit (SDK) that we have access to
To adapt to the use of Libos and third-party platform services on different mobile devices, and realize your mobile device identity authentication, mobile device security, receiving information push, login to third-party platform account and sharing information through third-party platform, Libos has access to third-party SDK. The above third-party SDK providers include mobile device manufacturers, social platforms, and communications operators. Some third-party SDKs may call your device permissions and get your information so that you can use the appropriate functions on different mobile devices or third-party platforms. The types of device permissions called by different third-party SDKs and the information obtained may vary, including obtaining your location information, reading / writing your external memory card, reading your phone status and identity, viewing WLAN links, retrieving running apps / Bluetooth. We may also collect other information that cannot identify a particular individual (i.e., non-personal information), such as statistical data generated when you use the product, such as the user's operation behavior (including click, page jump, browsing time). Relevant technicians will cancel your account number in the background. Unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations, we will stop serving you after canceling the account number and delete your personal information at your request. The application for cancellation will be completed within 7 working days.

Depending on the products or services you use, it may include third-party products or services, involving types like location.
